Go There Engineering, LLC warranties all products to the original purchaser at the time of purchase for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is nontransferable. We warranty against any structural defects and any defects in material or workmanship that impair product use (use for which the product was originally intended).  Once a warranty claim is made, GTE will have a reasonable amount of time to remedy said defect. This lifetime warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements, misuse, negligence, or assembly costs. Our powder-cost finish is warranted for a period of six months from the ship date. Exposure to elements and normal wear and tear are not covered under our finish warranty.

All warranty claims must be made and accompanied by the original damaged product within the time period for which the warranty states. A written description of the damages and how it occurred must also be included with a copy of the original invoice at the time of purchase. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges in warranty claims. Once the warranty claim is approved, GTE will repair or replace the product in a reasonable amount of time at no additional charge.
